Business Analyst (BA) (Jakarta Raya)

– High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
– Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to
  any issues identified during their daily transaction.
– Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient
   process has been put in place.
– Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or 
   service
– Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any
   projects arise
– Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the
   Bank Operation Division.
– Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy &
   procedures.

Requirements:

– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable
  university
– Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
– Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
– Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
– Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
– Demonstrate high service attitude
– Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within
   a team environment
– Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum
   supervision
– Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and
   spoken English
