PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PM-SI)

RESPONSIBILITIES: plan, organize, and control procurement activities in assigned business unit(s) and report to Procurement Head; conduct detail business analysis, forecasting, and modeling in order to devise innovative approaches to reconcile the gap between user needs, cost efficiency, and supplier performance; review a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors; review bid proposals from vendors and makes recommendation; follow up with vendors on goods delivery; close PO’s status; evaluates vendors’ performance; and maintains records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS: bachelor degree in related educational background from reputable university, preferable in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; 7-9 years experience in the similar type of business with minimum 1 year experience in the same level; knowledge of Basic Legal, Basic Finance, Basic SAP, and product-related standards and specifications; advanced administrative skills; good level of concentration; strong leadership and negotiation skills.


LIGHT VEHICLE & TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (LT-TR)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop training material of light vehicle and truck operation training; identify training need of existing light vehicle and truck drivers; contribute in reducing number of light vehicle and truck accident; be a PIC in the absence of Operation Training Senior Supervisor; involve in recruitment process of light vehicle and truck drivers; SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for light vehicle and truck drivers.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Senior High School graduated; minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar activities; proven skills on operating light vehicle and truck; knowledge and skill of training process, goal, and achievement; good problem solving techniques; strong conceptual and analytical thinking; ability to cope with additional responsibilities; innovative and prepared to share knowledge.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: computer literate; excellent in English and Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and relocate to Kalimantan.
